Dr. Julie Lueking, Owner/Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Lueking is a physical therapist who specializes in outpatient orthopedics/sports medicine. Dr. Lueking is dedicated to helping athletes with injury rehabilitation, sports performance enhancement, injury prevention, and optimal balance and de-stress to enhance athletic performance. Her commitment is to helping patients/clients achieve performance optimization through her advanced knowledge in the musculoskeletal system, biomechanics, and the neuromuscular system.
Dr. Lueking has dedicated her career to help individuals achieve their highest potential with her in depth training in advanced manual therapy techniques, Dry Needling, and functional/sport optimization for orthopedic conditions.

She attributes her success to helping athletes reach their highest potential by using her intuitive excellence, profound personal athletic performance, and her clinical expertise.

Dr. Lueking has over 20 years experience in athletic performance. She is an athlete at heart. She has been a competitive athlete in fitness/physique competitions, participated in Mrs. Fitness USA, amateur boxing/kickboxing, and gymnastics. She has chose her field due to her dedication to helping others, competitive nature, and believes in reaching your highest potential.

She has her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Shenandoah University and Bachelor of Science in Business and Marketing from Salisbury State University.

Kris McCants-Herring, RMT

Kris is also becoming the most sought out registered massage therapists in the DMV area specializing in: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage, Pregnancy massage, Lymphatic drainage, Hot and Cold therapy, Hot Stones, Aromatherapy, Cupping Massaging, Trigger Point, Isolated Muscle group release, and Cellulite massage.

Kris has a passion for helping other and decided to join the Army after 9/11 and spent 4 years serving her country. Her passion then transitioned into using massage therapy as way to continue to help others. She has been practicing as a therapeutic and holistic massage therapist since 2005. Over the past 15 years of practicing, she has had the opportunity to work in many diverse settings and individualizes her body work specifically to the clients needs.

Kris has always been a competitive in nature, starting with finding her love for basketball in the 8 th grade. She continued all the way through high school to then proceed into college on a basketball scholarship. She now enjoys using coaching kids in basketball and volleyball. She also was a wide receiver with the semi-football team, California Quakes, and a CrossFit competitor.

Kris has also been a co-owner in a CrossFit gym in LA, where she found enjoyment with working with the athletes and helping reduce overworked muscles and pain relief. She is committed as a practitioner and always expanding her knowledge in her field, as well as returning to school in the fall to focus on becoming a Physical Therapy Assistant. Kris’ overall passion and commitment in massage therapy is to help individuals achieve a better quality of physical and mental life.

Dr. Bri Wynn, Physical Therapist & Personal Trainer

Dr. Bri Wynn graduated with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Lebanon Valley College in May of 2020 and in May of 2018 with a Bachelors in Health Science and a minor in Business Administration. Since graduating with her Doctorate she has worked in outpatient physical therapy. Bri is an ACSM certified personal trainer and has received her USA Level 1- Weightlifting Coaching certification.

Bri has a passion for working with athletes as she was a competitive track and field sprinter up until she graduated from college. Outside of work, Bri loves coffee, the beach, and her cat Cookie. She enjoys weightlifting and hiking in her free time.

Kinnari Patel, PT, DPT, CLT

Kinnari Patel, PT, DPT, CLT is a manual therapist with focus in pelvic health, lymphedema management and orthopedics. Kinnari graduated with a Masters in Health Science with a concentration in PT from Long Island University in NYC in May 2005 and went on to receive her doctorate in PT from LIU in 2009. Kinnari has been working as a PT since July of 2005. Her early experience as a PT ranges from working bedside post surgical, neurological rehabilitation in a TBI rehab setting, rehabilitation setting for post surgical such as joint replacement, stroke rehab, MS, Parkinson’s, working in the Neonatal ICU providing PT to premature babies and their moms, working in neuro ICU providing bedside PT to patients post brain tumor debulking, stroke, and other neurological disorders.

Starting in 2009, Kinnari started her pelvic health training with the American Physical Therapy Association and Herman and Wallace taking a myriad of courses to educate herself in treating bladder and fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, pregnancy related pain and incontinence, treatment of clients post partum, Diastasis Recti, myofascial pain, and Interstitial Cystitis. Kinnari has been working with pelvic health since 2009.

In 2011, Kinnari started working at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center full time in outpatient clinic, mostly seeing patients with a history of gynecological and breast cancer. Here she furthered her training and became certified in lymphedema management. Starting in late 2011, Kinnari worked part time in a Women’s health clinic and was mentored by a renowned pelvic health expert in NYC treating bladder and fecal incontinence, pelvic pain, pregnancy related pain and incontinence, treatment of clients post partum, Diastasis Recti, myofascial pain, and Interstitial Cystitis to further her knowledge. Kinnari has taken extensive courses through Barral institute to learn visceral mobilization and has been incorporating this technique into her repertoire when needed.

Kinnari has taken courses through the Institute of Physical Arts to further her manual training. Kinnari continues to take continuing education courses to improve her manual skills and treatment of pelvic health for both men and women as she believes learning never stops, so in order for her to be a better Therapist for her patients, improving her knowledge is key.


Nia Kim

Nia Kim graduated from University of Maryland with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology. She then completed Montgomery College’s Physical Therapist Assistant program in 2010 and moved out to Los Angeles to practice in sunny California for 10 years before moving back home in early 2022. Nia’s passion in the field has always been sports medicine and she has a special interest in post-operative rehabilitation and sports injuries. She has worked with athletes of all ages with total body strengthening and maintenance over the years and started her career helping to train/rehabilitate both DC United and Washington Freedom soccer players back in the early 2000s.

Nia loves anything sports related as well as trying new foods and traveling!
